	Increased XP and PT Rates until the launch of Giga Final Part 2! ( July 26, 2006 ) From official forums: As some of you already know, we will be increasing the rates of both XP and PT in the new Giga Final Part 2 patch due shortly. In preparation for this, we have decided to enable 2X PT and 2X XP increased rates across all servers from Saturday the 29th of July at 12am NST (midnight Friday), up until when the patch is released. So - what does this mean for you? Well, if you’re a new player, this means you’ll be able to get into the Chip Wars and the PvP aspect of the game twice as fast; meaning twice as much fast paced RF Online action for you to enjoy. If you’re an experienced RF Online player; this means you will be able to GM those all important PT’s before you take part in Circle Zone Scramble – the all new Guild Vs. Guild battling system coming in Giga Final Part 2. More information is found here.

	Free Class Change - One Week Only ( July 12, 2006 ) Codemasters is enabling any user to switch their class for free by submitting a "polite and friendly" ticket to customer support between July 17 0:00 NST to July 23rd 23:59 NST. Players will have the option of one free class change. Note that this class change only applies to level 30 and level 40 class upgrades and NOT base class. More information can be found here.

	Novus Standard Time (NST) ( July 7, 2006 ) From official forums: We are implementing a new time system into RF Online in the hope of giving better co-ordination for events and other such items that require accurate timekeeping.This new time system is called Novus Standard Time or NST. A clock has been placed on The Novus Eye http://thenovuseye.net and we will be working to implement a clock on the Official RF website as well. All events from this day forward will be specified in NST so make sure you check to see when your events are.

	Giga Final Part 1 - MAU Change ( July 4, 2006 ) It's come to our attention that the change made to the Bellato MAU's recently in the GIGA Final Part 1 update, have over-nerfed the class. While these changes came to us directly from CCR after successful implementation in the Far East, we have concluded after careful monitoring of the mass PvP between Bellatos and the rest of the game community, that the changes made were too extreme for the Codemasters' version of the game. We will be working closely with CCR to update the driver class and MAU design, and will keep you updated on any progress that is made.

	RF Online 'Make Me Pretty' Competition ( June 23, 2006 ) As a test of your photomanipulation skills, Laeth, one of the administrators for RF Online, wants you to take his picture and make him... pretty. How? That is entirely up to you, but at the same time, he wants it to be funny. Winners will be posted in the RF Online Magazine Vol. 3. More details here.

	Server Hardware Upgrade - 23/06/06 ( June 22, 2006 ) The servers will be going down tomorrow at 11am GMT (7.00am EDT) and will be down for 4 hours until 3pm GMT (11am EDT) due to a hardware upgrade on all the RF Online servers.

	Giga Final Details & Population Rebalancing News ( June 20, 2006 ) Looks like Fire and Spirit will soon be merging! The plan is to move people after they implement Giga Final part 2 ~ that will take place near the later half of July, so by August it seems there will only be two servers o.O Go here to check it out!
